Do you qualify for medical marijuana in Colorado?
Yes, if you are a Colorado resident and have been diagnosed with and are currently undergoing treatment for one of the following debilitating medical conditions: Cancer, Glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, Cachexia, Severe Pain, Severe Nausea, Seizures, or Persistent Muscle Spasms. A physician may recommend medical marijuana for you, if he or she believes, in their professional opinion, medical marijuana may alleviate your symptoms.
Convenience Package
We now offer a Convenience Package in which we can do everything for you within our office! Convenience Package includes: Doctors Visit, Notary and Temporary Paperwork, a pre-made money order for the State Application Fee, and Certified Mailing with Return Receipt.
Important Patient Information
New, 1st time patients on the Registry, will be able to use their temporary paperwork and certified mailing receipt to go to a dispensary for 35 days. After that, they will have to wait to receive their red card in the mail.
Renewal patients, once their current red card expires, are required to wait until they receive their new red card in the mail before they can go to a dispensary again. All renewal patients may schedule their next doctor appointment up to 60 days before the expiration date on their red card.
